No. SheetMiner uses Google sign-in for authentication, so we never store your password or any sensitive login credentials. All authentication is handled securely through your Google account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is secure and never stored on our servers.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan anytime from your account page. Upgrades take effect immediately and your billing cycle resets to the date of the upgrade. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How many credits does it cost to process a document?
Processing a page costs 2 credits; two pages of AI extraction costs 1 credit. You can track your usage and remaining allowance on your account page.
What happens to my credits if I cancel or change my plan?
Your credit allowance resets at the start of every billing period, and unused credits don't roll over. When you change plans you get the new plan's allowance immediately. If you cancel, you keep Sheetminer with the free allowance of 100 credits every month.
