Supported Documents & Languages
File types, size limits, and language support for Sheetminer's extraction engine.
File types
Sheetminer accepts:
- PDF - digital or scanned, single or multi-page
- PNG
- JPG / JPEG
Limits
- Max file size: 20MB per document
- Max pages: 50 pages per document
- Documents are selected directly from Google Drive - there’s no separate upload step outside of Drive, so anything already in your Drive (or a shared drive you have access to) is available to pick.
Languages
Sheetminer’s OCR and extraction pipeline supports English and the major European languages. Documents don’t need to be pre-translated or reformatted - point Sheetminer at the original file and it reads it as-is.
Multi-page documents
For Text, Sum, and Table Snip, the document preview lets you scroll or jump between pages, and you draw your box on whichever page holds the value you need. AI Snip and Search consider the whole document (or whichever pages you’ve selected) when matching fields or values, so multi-page statements and multi-page invoices work without extra setup.
Where documents live
Documents you add to a sheet stay in Google Drive - Sheetminer doesn’t create a separate copy outside your Drive. The Documents list in the sidebar shows every document currently attached to that sheet, and you can remove one with the trash icon without affecting the file in Drive itself.
